TALES TO ASTONISH #61
Thunderbolt Ross triumphant?! The man who's made it his mission in life to track down the Hulk finally succeeds in this issue, with the Jade Giant manacled and at the mercy of his most relentless foe. DOC SAMSON #1
Leonard Samson, psychiatrist to the super heroes, plays negotiator in the first issue of this limited series from acclaimed novelist Paul DiFilippo. When a Skrull calls S.H.I.E.L.D. and threatens to drop nuclear bombs on the Earth, Nick Fury calls Samson in to talk the shape-shifting Skrugly down. Since this is Marvel Comics and not Marvel Therapy Session, though, you can expect a good deal of action thrown in as Doc Samson proves he can flex more than just his mind muscles.
