Vance Astrovik.
He was Marvel Boy of the New Warriors and currently he's called "Justice". He's a fan of Cap and hangs onto the shield.
This is a future version of him. This version was... He is an alternate future version of Vance Astrovik...but he just used the name Vance Astro (don't know why). His "superhero name" is Major Victory.
